I have spent the last decade of my life treating patients suffering from largely preventable health problems. It breaks my heart to share that many of these people have even had their lives and livelihoods cut short as a result.
While it is perhaps true that there are more physical stressors in our world today than ever before, we now have even more evidence-based information at our disposal. The difficulty is knowing who to trust and where to find that information, which is where I come in.
We can all lead healthier, longer, and more meaningful lives by putting this information into practice and using it to prevent common avoidable health problems long before they occur.

I am on a mission to help as many people as I can make this shift. My vision is to help people prioritize their mental, physical, and spiritual health now so they can feel better, live longer lives, and leave more impactful legacies.

This will encompass nearly all of the critical information and strategies you’ll need to feel better, increase your performance, longevity, and craft a long-lasting legacy.
This is your chance to ask me questions and receive tailored advice for your unique situation.

Weekly Sessions
In each weekly 90-minute session, we’ll cover two big topics relating to longevity and legacy. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, feedback, and opportunities to receive tailored advice from me.

We’ll be meeting weekly for 90 minutes with a break near the holidays. All sessions will be recorded and made available for download so you can review them in the future or catch up quickly if you aren’t able to attend live.
All sessions are from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm EST unless otherwise stated.
